Product Promotion

To prevent seal wear and tear in IFR tanks, triple-lip seal technology can be utilized. This involves filling gaps between modules with a first sealant material to isolate any channels that dissipate medium. The second sealant material is then applied to encompass the modules and prevent the escape of the medium. Finally, stainless steel metal fasteners are installed on the upper section of the second sealant material for added security.

The compensation elastic seal adopts an elastic seal plate structure and utilizes the embedded sealing principle to create an airtight space between the floating deck and the tank wall, forming a static sealing structure that prevents gas-phase mass transfer between the upper and lower spaces of the IFR.

The foam seal stays 50mm deep in the liquid, zero liquid and vapor space.

Telescopic Capsule Sleeve

The telescopic capsule sleeves installed on waveguide tubes with side wall openings can keep the two spaces apart and block the liquid and vapor inside the sleeve while the deck operates.

Negative Pressure Valve

The lower filling material flows back below the oil level when the negative pressure valve is closed.

Manhole Upgrade Device

The full contact design prevented the manhole contact surface from touching liquid and vapor.

The sampling port seal design employs a sealing ball to achieve a liquid-tight seal, eliminating the oil and gas void space beneath the accessory module. This innovative approach significantly reduces the volatilization of oil and gas.
